【摘要】 目的:研究中医经穴电波理疗技术在子宫复旧方面的应用,总结其临床应用价值。方法:将200例足月妊娠、经阴道分娩的产妇,随机分为经穴理疗组和对照组,各100例,经穴理疗组运用中医经络学说,采用"俞募配穴法",使用多功能数码经络理疗仪,在分娩后3 d,以波代针对产妇相关经穴进行刺激,每个穴位作用2 min,每次15~20 min,连续1周;对照组采取自然恢复,观察比较两组产妇产后恶露性质、恶露量、阴道流血时间、子宫收缩痛以及产后7 d排尿后子宫高度等情况。结果:经穴理疗组产妇恶露性状、恶露量、阴道流血时间、子宫收缩痛及产后7 d排尿后宫底高度评分及总评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对产褥期妇女开展中医经穴电波理疗,可以促进子宫节律性回缩,加快排除子宫内瘀积肿胀,加速子宫复旧,促进产妇康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectvie: To investigate applications of traditional Chinese medicine meridian acupoint waves physiotherapy technology on the fields of uterine involution,and to summerize its clinical value. Methods: 200 puerperas who have experienced full-term pregnancy and vaginal delivery were randomly divided into meridian acupoint physiotherapy group and the control group,each of 100 cases. In the meridian acupoint physiotherapy group,Chinese meridian theory was applied,with a therapy named back-shu points and front-mu points association and multifunctional digital meridian physiotherapy,3 days after delivery,using wave stimulating some related meridian of the puerpera,every meridian for 2 minutes,and each time lasts for 15 to 20 minutes,and lasts for a week; in the control group natural recovery was adopted. And then observed and compared the conditions of lochia nature,lochia amount,vaginal bleeding time,uterine contraction pain and the height of uterine after urination 7 days after delivery. Results: Lochia nature,lochia amount,vaginal bleeding time,uterine contraction pain and the height of uterine after urination 7 days after delivery and total evaluation of puerperas of the meridian acupoint physiotherapy group all turned out to be less than those of the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Application of TCM meridian acupoint waves physiotherapy technology on postnatal women can promote rhythmic uterine retraction,accelerate the exclude intrauterine deposition swelling and uterine involution,and promote the rehabilitation of puerperas.更多还原
