【摘要】 目的:观察肝舒乐片对消痔灵诱发的慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠前列腺组织病变的影响。方法:将成年SPF级雄性Wistar大鼠60只随机分为正常对照组、肝舒乐组、前列康组、模型组、疏肝组和健脾组。30d后,观察前列腺组织切片病理分级变化。结果:肝舒乐组和前列康组疗效最好,可以减轻前列腺组织病理性改变,与其他各组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肝舒乐片治疗非细菌性前列腺炎,其机制为减轻前列腺炎组织病理性改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Ganshule Tablet on the pathological prostate tissue of chronic abacterial prostatitis rats induced by xiaozhiling. Methods: 60 Wistar rats of adult SPF were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group,model group, Ganshule group,Qianliekang group,smoothing liver group and strengthening spleen group. The changes of pathological prostate tissue were investigated after 30 days. Results: Ganshule group and Qianliekang group both can significantly reduce the pathological changes in the prostate tissue compared with other experimental groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Ganshule Tablet treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis has good curative effect by reducing prostatitis tissue pathological changes.更多还原
