【摘要】 目的:观察益气活血汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加益气活血方治疗,4周为1个疗程。结果:治疗后对照组有效率为76.67%,治疗组有效率为96.67%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组hs-CRP、NO、ET-1含量较治疗前有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组改善CRP、NO、ET-1方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血方治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。更多还原
