【摘要】 目的:观察益气补肾安胎方治疗先兆流产的临床疗效。方法:将108例患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各54例。对照组给予黄体酮注射液,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合中药益气补肾安胎方治疗,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:对照组有效率为74.07%,观察组有效率为90.74%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血清绒毛膜促性腺激素升高程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气补肾安胎方治疗先兆流产疗效可靠,可明显提高血清绒毛膜促性腺激素水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of tonifying qi,reinforcing kidney and miscarriage prevention prescription treatment of threatened abortion.Methods:108 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 54 cases.The control group was given pure western medicine and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine tonifying qi,reinforcing kidney and miscarriage prevention on the basis of the control group.Observed the clinical effects of two groups.Results:The effective rate of control group was 74.07%,and observation group was 90.74%,compared efficiency of two groups,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).Elevated serum human chorionic gonadotropin degree of observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).Conclusion:Tonifying qi,reinforcing kidney and miscarriage prevention prescription treatment of threatened abortion has reliable curative effect,which can obviously improve the level of serum human chorionic gonadotropin.更多还原
