【摘要】 目的:探讨盐酸二甲双胍片与苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片联合川芎茶调口服液治疗老年2型糖尿病合并高血压的效果。方法:将120例老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者分为治疗组与对照组各60例,两组都给予盐酸二甲双胍片结合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗,治疗组加用川芎茶调口服液治疗,两组均治疗12周。结果:治疗后治疗组的总有效率为98.3%,对照组为88.3%,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖值比较无明显差异,治疗后血压与血糖值都明显下降(P<0.05)。治疗后血压与血糖值组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组的生理功能、社会功能、生理职能与躯体疼痛评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸二甲双胍片与左旋氨氯地平片联合川芎茶调口服液治疗老年2型糖尿病合并高血压能有效降低血糖与控制血压,提高总体疗效,从而改善预后生命质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of metformin hydrochloride tablets and Levamlodipine besylate tablets combined with Chuan Xiong Cha Tiao oral liquid on elderly type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension. Methods: The 120 cases of elderly patients of type 2 diabetic with hypertension were divided into treatment and control groups, 60 cases in each. All cases were given metformin combined with Levamlodipine tablets, and patients were were added with Chuan Xiong Cha Tiao oral liquid in treatment group. The cycles were 12 weeks. Results: The effective rates was 98.3% in treatment group and 88.3% in control group and the treatment group showed better efficacy than control group(P<0.05). Before the treatment, there was no significant difference on systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups; and the blood pressure and glucose levels were significantly decreased after treatment in two groups(P<0.05). There were statistical difference on blood pressure and blood glucose between the two groups(P<0.05). After treatment,the physiological function, social function, physical function and bodily pain scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: Metformin hydrochloride tablets and Levamlodipine besylate tablets combined with Chuan Xiong Cha Tiao oral liquid can effectively lower blood sugar and blood pressure, improve overall efficacy, and improve the quality of life outcomes in type 2 diabetic elderly patients with hypertension.更多还原
