【摘要】 目的:研究益气化痰活血法联合西医治疗对肺间质纤维化患者氧化应激反应及炎症因子的影响。方法:将83例肺间质纤维化患者随机分为治疗组及对照组。两组患者均采用常规西医治疗,包括抗感染及使用激素。治疗组在此基础上加用益气化痰活血方。两组患者以3个月为1个疗程。1个疗程后评价疗效。结果:疗程结束时两组患者在肺活量(VC)、用力肺活量(FVC)及1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)/用力肺活量(FVC)比值较治疗前均有所提高(P<0.01);而疗程结束时,治疗组VC、FVC及FEV1/FVC明显高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组GSH-Px及CAT水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组LPO水平低于对照组(P<0.01),而治疗组在支气管肺泡灌洗液及血清中TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在西医治疗的基础上加用益气化痰活血方可改善肺间质纤维化患者体内异常氧化应激状态及肿瘤坏死因子水平,改善肺功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the impact of Yiqi-huoxue and Huatan formula combined with western medicine on the oxidative stress and inflammatory factor in pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.Methods: 83 cases with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both of the two group were taken normal western medicine therapy,which included anti-infection and hormone therapy.The treatment group was added Yiqi-huoxue and Huatan formula based on the control group. 3 month is 1 treatment course. The clinical effect was observed after 1 courses of treatment.Results:After the treatment, vital capacity(VC), forced vital capacity(FVC)and the FEV1/FVC in both group were all higher than the result before the treatment(P<0.01); VC, FVC and FEV1/FVC in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01) after the treatment. The GSH-Px and CAT in the treatment group were obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.01) and the LPO, TNF-αin the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and the serum of the treatment group were all lower than the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Add the Yiqi-huoxue and Huatan formula to the western therapy has the advantage of improving the abnormal oxidative stress state, reducing the level of the TNF-αand improving the lung function for the patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.更多还原
