【摘要】 目的:观察消痤胶囊对大鼠棉球肉芽肿抑制率及对血清中TNF-α、IL-1α含量的影响的作用机制。方法:将大鼠随机分为6组,正常组、模型组、消痤胶囊高、中、低组及清热暗疮丸组。建立大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型,检测各组棉球肉芽肿干重及抑制率、检测血清中TNF-α、IL-1α的含量。结果:消痤胶囊高、中剂量组与清热暗疮丸组相比,对棉球肉芽肿的干重及抑制率有明显的抑制作用,对血清中TNF-α、IL-1α的含量有明显的降低作用(P<0.01)。结论:消痤胶囊对大鼠棉球肉芽肿有明显的抑制作用,可降低血清中TNF-α、IL-1α的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the inhibitive effect of Xiaocuo capsule on the cotton ball granuloma of rats and the mechanism of influencing the content of TNF-α、IL-1α in serum. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, normal group, model group, high,moderate, and low dose of Xiaocuo capsule groups and Qing-re An-chuang pills control group. The model of cotton ball granuloma of rats was set up to measure each group of the dry weight of cotton ball granuloma, the inhibition ratio and the content of TNF-αand IL-1. Results: Comparing with Qingreanchuang pills control group, high and moderate dose of Xiaocuo capsule groups showed obvious inhibitory effect on the dry weight of cotton ball granuloma and the inhibition ratio and could significantly reduce the content of TNF-αand IL-1α in serum, with remarkably significant statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusion: Xiaocuo capsule can provide obvious inhibitory effect on the cotton granuloma in rats, and reduce the content of TNF-α and IL-1α in serum.更多还原
