【摘要】 目的:观察血栓通联合氢化可的松治疗特发性突聋的临床疗效。方法:选择我院收治的特发性突聋112例,随机分为对照组及治疗组。对照组50例采用基础治疗加用氢化可的松治疗;治疗组62例在对照组治疗基础上予血栓通治疗;治疗7 d为1个疗程,观察比较两组间听力改善临床疗效情况。结果:治疗组听力改善总有效率为89.2%,优于对照组的总有效率76.9%;且观察不同病程(<1周、1-2周、2-4周、>4周)治疗组听力改善总有效率均明显优于对照组。结论:血栓通联合氢化可的松治疗特发性突聋有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of the application with Xueshuantong and hydrocortisone on idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss(ISSNHL). Methods: The 112 cases of patients with ISSNHL in our hospital were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. There are 50 patients treated by initial treatment plus hydrocortisone in control group, and 62 patients were treated with the same treatment as control group plus Xueshuantong in treatment group, 7 days as a course. The clinical efficacy was observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The total listening improve efficiency in treatment group was 89.2%, which was better than the 76.9% of control group; and the treatment group showed better total listening improve efficiency of different duration(within 1 week, 1-2 weeks, 2-4 weeks, after 4 weeks) than the control group. Conclusion: The use of hydrocortisone and Xueshuantong can provide good clinical efficacy for ISSNH.更多还原
