【摘要】 目的:研究喉癌组织中高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)以及基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP2)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)的含量检测及其与预后情况的相关性。方法:选取在本院接受喉癌手术治疗的120例患者纳入研究,采用免疫组化的方法检测喉癌组织中HMGB1以及MMP2、MMP9的表达情况,并随访患者的复发率和生存率。结果:HMGB1、MMP2、MMP9的阳性率分别为65.83%、69.17%、65.83%,且HMGB1、MMP2、MMP9阳性患者的肿瘤分期高于阴性患者,分化程度低于阴性患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);单因素分析显示HMGB1、MMP2、MMP9阳性患者的无瘤生存时间短于阴性患者,五年存活率低于阴性患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);logistic回归分析显示HMGB1、MMP2、MMP9阳性表达是五年存活的危险因素。结论:HMGB1、MMP2、MMP9的表达情况可作为判断喉癌患者预后情况的可靠指标,四项指标联合检测可对患者的病情进行全面判断,并针对性的制定综合治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression of HMGB1,MMP,MMP9 in laryngeal carcinoma tissues and its correlation with long-term prognosis.Methods:120cases laryngeal carcinoma patients received surgery in our hospital were enrolled.The expression of HMGB1,MMP,MMP9 in laryngeal carcinoma tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry,recurrence and survival condition were followed up.Results:(1)the positive rate of HMGB1,MMP2,MMP9 were 65.83%,69.17%,65.83%separately;tumor stage of HMGB1,MMP,MMP9 positive patients were lower than those of negative patients,differentiation degree of HMGB1,MMP,MMP9 positive patients were higher than those of negative patient;(2)single factor analysis showed that tumor free survival time of HMGB1,MMP,MMP9 positive patients were shorter than those of negative patients;five years survival rate of HMGB1,MMP2,MMP9 positive patients were lower than those of negative patients;(3)logistic regression analysis showed that HMGB1,MMP2,MMP9 positive expression were risk factors of 5years survival factors.Conclusion:Expression of HMGB1,MMP2,MMP9 can be used as reliable indexes to judge the prognosis of patients with laryngeal carcinoma;combined detection can provide comprehensive judgment on the condition of the patient and targeted therapy.更多还原
