老年帕金森病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与认知障碍相关性分析

【摘要】 目的:分析老年帕金森病(PD)患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与认知障碍之间的关系。方法:回顾性分析来我院就诊并确诊为帕金森病的老年患者共100例,其中伴有认知障碍的患者50例,认知正常的患者50例,另抽取同时期的健康体检者50例作为对照组。统计对比PD认知障碍组和PD认知正常组患者的基本病历资料,检测比较3组血浆Hcy、叶酸和维生素B12水平,分析简易智能状况检查(MMSE)评分与血浆Hcy水平等因素的相关性。结果:与PD认知正常组相比,PD认知障碍组病程明显延长,而MMSE评分明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PD认知障碍组血浆Hcy水平明显高于PD认知正常组和对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆Hcy水平与MMSE评分之间存在明显的负相关关系(r=-0.693,P<0.05)。结论:血浆Hcy水平与认知障碍存在相关性,血浆Hcy水平升高是老年帕金森病发生认知障碍的重要危险因素。

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the correlation between plasma homocysteine levels and cognitive impairment in elderly Parkinson’s patients.Methods:Data of 100Parkinson’s cases including 50cases with cognitive impairment,and 50cases without cognitive impairment were retrospectively analyzed.Fifty healthy check-up persons were also enrolled as control group.Basic medical records were analyzed,plasma Hcy,folic acid and vitamin B12levels were detected among the three groups,simple intelligent state examination(MMSE)score and the correlation of plasma Hcy levels and other factors were also analyzed.Results:Compared with patients without cognitive impairment,those with cognitive impairment had significantly decreased MMSE(P<0.05).Hcy level of patients with cognitive impairment was significant higher than those without and the control group(P<0.05).Negative correlation between MMSE score and Hcy level was observed(r=0.693,P<0.05).Conclusion:Plasma Hcy levels there is significant correlation with cognitive impairment,and elevated plasma Hcy levels are risk factor for cognitive impairment.
