【摘要】 目的:评价临床病理分析在鉴别诊断子宫平滑肌肿瘤良恶性中的作用。方法:收集2011年8月至2012年9月在河南省肿瘤医院病理科经手术切除的子宫平滑肌肿瘤标本198例,所有标本均固定、包埋、切片、染色,在光学显微镜下对组织类型进行观察。结果:子宫平滑肌肿瘤多位于肌壁间,占74.2%,其他部位占25.8%,其中,多发性肿瘤发生90例,占45.5%。普通良性平滑肌瘤占90.4%,特殊组织学类型平滑肌肿瘤占7.6%,平滑肌肉瘤仅占1.0%,其余1.0%介于良恶性之间为恶性潜能未定的平滑肌肿瘤。结论:核分裂象数目的不同、细胞学异型性和凝固性肿瘤细胞坏死是鉴别诊断子宫平滑肌肿瘤良恶性的标准,同时,还要紧密结合临床病理特征综合判断肿瘤生物学行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the role of clinicopathological analysis in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant uterine smooth muscle tumors.Methods:198 cases of surgically resected specimens of uterine smooth muscle tumor were collected from August 2011 to September 2012 in the department of pathology of Henan Provincial Cancer Hospital.All the specimens were fixed,embedded,sectioned and stained.The tissue types were observed under optical microscope.Results:74.2% of uterine smooth muscle tumors were located in intramural part,and the remaining 25.8% were located in other parts.90 cases were multiple tumors,accounting for 45.5%.Common benign smooth muscle tumors,special histological types of smooth muscle tumors,leiomyosarcoma and malignant potential smooth muscle tumors accounted for 90.4%,7.6%,1.0% and 1.0% respectively.Conclusion:High mitotic rate,cytologic atypia and coagulative necrosis of tumor cells are the standards of differential diagnosis of benign and malignant uterine smooth muscle tumors.Meanwhile,it also needed to be combined with clinical and pathological features closely to evaluate tumor biological behavior.更多还原
