浅谈大型集会的食品安全影响因素和保障措施

【摘要】 文章从影响大型集会食品安全性的因素和保障措施等方面对食品安全性问题进行了梳理和分析,希望能够对促进大型集会的食品安全保障工作有所帮助。
【Abstract】 this paper,the factors affecting large gatherings,food security and the safeguard measures of food safety problems in carding and analysis,hope to be able to to promote food safety security work help large gatherings.
