【摘要】 目的对河南省结核病防治机构和人员情况进行分析,为加强机构和队伍建设提供依据。方法根据2012年结核病专报系统中结核病防治机构和专业技术人员队伍数据运用SPSS软件对基本情况、年龄、学历、工作年限进行统计分析。结果河南省所有结防人员中男性占47.37%、女性占52.63%,50岁以上人员占16.09%、30~40岁人员占33.28%,大专学历占39.57%、硕士学历占1.46%,工作年限10~19 a占45%、工作年限>30 a占4.99%。结论河南省结核病防治机构专业人员中性别比例,年龄和工作年限构成合理,高学历者比例过小,河南省结核病防治机构应加强队伍建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the situation of TB control and treatment institution and staff in Henan,provide evidence for strengthening construction of institution and team.Method The basic situation,age education background,working year were analysed by SPSS in the light of the data of TB control and treatment institution and staff in TB special report system In 2012.Results the percent of male in all TB control and treatment staff is 47.37,the percent of female in all TB control and treatment staff is 52.63,the percent of staff whose age are over 50 is 16.09,the percent of staff whose age are between 30 and 40 is 33.28,the percent of staff whose education background are junior college is39.57,the percent of staff whose education background are master is 1.46,the percent of staff whose working year are between 10 and 19 is 45,the percent of staff whose working year are over 30 is 4.99.Conclusion the percent of gender,age,working year of staff in TB control and treatment institution in Henan is resonable,the percent of high education background of staff is low,TB control and treatment institution should strengthen team construction.更多还原
