【Abstract】 Analysis and improvement on supply logistics in Anyang Steel has carried on from the mechanism,equipment,scheduling based on the its production characteristics. Through scientific controls are applied during the whole flow to improve the planning,just- in- time and standardization of the logistics organization,thus cooperation consciousness and level between each units are enhanced so that integrated management is achieved and train delay cost and car freight decreased clearly.更多还原
