喷吹煤对焦炭热性能影响的研究

【摘要】 分析了安钢喷吹煤粉的反应性以及影响其反应性的因素。通过未燃煤粉、焦炭的共同反应试验,研究了高炉喷吹煤粉对焦炭热性能的影响。结果表明:未燃煤粉可减少焦炭的熔损反应,提高焦炭的反应后强度。

【Abstract】 The reactivity of injection coal and its influence factors in Anyang Iron And Steel Group Co. Ltd were analyzed in the paper. By the combined reaction tests of unburned coal powder and coke,the effects of blast furnace PCI coal on coke thermal properties were studied. Results showed that the unburned coal powder could reduce the decrease of coke’s reactivity and improve the coke strength after reaction.
