紫外照射提高双孢蘑菇子实体维生素D2含量的研究

【摘要】 为研究紫外照射对双孢蘑菇中维生素D2含量的影响,试验采用不同紫外照射距离和照射时间两个试验因素,对2个双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus Imbach)菌株Ag10和Ag11-1的子实体进行不同处理,发现紫外照射对双孢蘑菇不同菌株子实体中麦角甾醇和维生素D2含量均有影响。结果表明,在30~50 cm的照射距离范围内紫外照射15 min(1.125~0.945 J·cm-2)时,随着照射距离的缩短,子实体麦角甾醇含量持续下降,而维生素D2含量持续提高;在30 cm照射距离下照射10~20 min(0.75~1.5J·cm-2),随照射时间的延长麦角甾醇含量持续下降、维生素D2含量持续增加。在本试验设定的紫外波长(260 nm)条件下,30 cm的照射距离处理20 min(1.5 J·cm-2)对提高双孢蘑菇子实体维生素D2含量的效果最佳。为进一步优化照射条件提供了依据。

【Abstract】 In order to research the effect of ultraviolet irradiation on the content of vitamin D2 in Agaricus bisporus,the content change of ergosterol and vitamin D2 in Agaricus bisporus Ag10 and Ag11-1 under different distance and time of ultraviolet irradiation was found. The results were as follows. The effect of distance and time of ultraviolet irradiation on the content of ergosterol and vitamin D2 in Agaricus bisporus strains Ag10 and Ag11-1 was studied. The results were as follows. When treated by UV irradiation for 15 min within 30 ~ 50 cm distance( 1. 125 ~ 0. 945 J·cm-2),ergosterol content of the sporocarps decreased constantly and vitamin D2 content increased persistently with the decrease of irradiation distance. When treated by UV irridiation for 10-20 min within 30 cm distance( 0. 75 ~ 1. 5 J·cm-2),ergosterol content reduced constantly while vitamin D2 content elevated persistantly with the elongation of irradiation time. Under the setted wavelength( 260 nm) in this experiment,the most efficient conditions of increasing D2 content of Agaricus bisporus strains were treatment under irradiation distance of 30 cm and irradiation time of 20 min( 1. 5J·cm-2). It was as a reference for optimizing irradiation conditions.
