60Co-γ射线辐射对胭脂虫Dactylopius coccus Costa生物学特征的影响
The Research on Biological Characteristics of Cochineal ( Dactylopius coccus Costa) Radiated by 60Co-γ Ray
【摘要】 利用60Co-γ射线对胭脂虫孕卵期进行辐射试验,探讨60Co对胭脂虫生物学特征的影响。结果表明,高剂量(3000rad以上)辐射胭脂虫造成其子代性比严重失调,雄虫几乎为0,无法进行有性生殖,导致无法产生后代,高剂量辐射对雄虫的损伤极大。低剂量辐射(特别是500rad)下F1较对照:各龄级虫口数提高;成虫期雌虫数明显高于对照,雄虫数略高;孵化量、孵化率提高;单株雌成虫鲜重、干重均明显增重;怀卵量大幅增多;雌成虫个体鲜干重、鲜干比、体积无差异。对于500rad辐射的胭脂虫,F2在有效生殖率、鲜干重和鲜干比方面效果较F1还好,存在优势显效滞后现象。但连续培育3代后,与对照已无差异。
【Abstract】 To discuss the effect of 60Co-γ ray on the biological characteristics of cochineal,the pregnant cochineal were radiated by five doses of 60Co in this radiation experiment. The results showed that: the high doses( above 3000 rad) of 60Co led to the unbalanced sex ratio of new generation,and the number of males was nearly zero,and sexual reproduction was impossible. At last,offspring couldn’t be produced. Also,the males of new generation were hurt by the high doses. On low doses( especially 500rad),as compared to CK,there were much increase in F1 in the following items: 1) population number in each age; 2) the number of adult females and males; 3) amount of incubation and hatching rate; 4) fresh weight and dry weight of adult females on per plant host; 5) the number of brooding eggs.However,it was indiscriminate to fresh weight and dry weight of an adult female,fresh / dry ratio,and the volume of an adult female. To 500rad,F2 was better than F1on effective reproductive rate,fresh weight and dry weight,and fresh /dry ratio on adult female. This illustrated there were obvious hysteresis in some ways,but after three generations,there were no significant influence compared with control in progeny.
