影响烤烟烟碱合成与代谢的因素及其机理分析
Factors of Nicotine Synthesis and Metabolism in Nicotiana tabacum L.
【摘要】 烟碱是影响烤烟烟叶质量的重要指标,其含量的高低影响烟叶制品的吸食质量与安全性。烤烟烟叶(尤其是上部叶)中烟碱含量过高已经成为提高其在工业上可用性的关键限制性因素,因此,烟碱是国内外烟草学者研究烟草的重要研究对象。目前,影响烟碱合成与代谢的因素主要可分为内因(遗传因素)和外因(农艺栽培措施和气候环境等)。文章结合实例综述了这些影响烤烟烟碱的因素并分析了其机理,为优质烟叶生产提供一定理论依据与参考。
【Abstract】 Nicotine content effects the smoking quality and safety of tobacco products and the excessive nicotine content in flue-cured tobacco( FCT) leaves( especially upper leaves) has been a major constraint for their industrial availability. since nicotine is an important indicator for tobacco leaf quality. Hence,researchers at home and abroad are intrested in nicotine study. Presently,the endopathic factors( e. g. heredity,etc) and external factors( e. g. arronomic culture measurements and climate conditions,etc) are the main factors that influence the synthesis and metabolism of nicotine. In this paper,these factors were reviwed and the mechanisms were analysed with examples so as to help people to produce high quality leaves of tobacco.
