Cu2+解除Cd2+对耐辐射奇球菌的生长抑制作用
Copper Ion Could Rescue the Growth Inhibition of Deinococcus Radiodurans by Cadmium Ion
【摘要】 耐辐射奇球菌对不同金属离子表现出不同的生长表型。本研究发现菌体对铜离子不敏感,而对镉离子敏感。镉离子单独作用于耐辐射奇球菌时,对菌体的抑菌作用明显,但当加入铜离子时,抑菌作用明显变小,用10μL 10mmol·L-1镉离子的溶液处理耐辐射奇球菌时,发现如果同时加入10μL 10mmol·L-1的铜离子,出现明显的拮抗作用。在10mmol·L-110μL铜离子的情况下,抑菌圈缩小了0.24倍,结果表明,铜离子对镉离子引起的具有明显的拮抗作用,这为利用低毒金属解除重金属镉对耐辐射奇球菌毒性的研究和应用提供了基础。
【Abstract】 Deinococcus radiodurans have different phenotypes with different metals. It is not sensitive to Cu2 +,while it is sensitive to Cd2 +. When D. radiodurans was treated with Cd2 +alone,the inhibition of Cd2 +on the bacterium is remarkable. When D. radiodurans was cultured with 10μL of 10mmol·L- 1Cd2 +,then the addition of 10μL of 10mmol·L- 1Cu2 +into the culture led to a significant antagonistic effect. The addition of copper( 10mmol·L- 1,10μL) resulted in the decrease of inhibition zone( about 24%). These results suggest that Cu2 +has obvious antagonistic effect on the toxic Cd2 +during the culture of D. radiodurans. The result provides theoretical support for detoxify heavy metal Cd by low toxicity metal Cu.
