【摘要】 河南省本科院校教学名师的群体特征是"三高",即年龄比较高,平均年龄在50岁左右;男性比例高,约占七成以上;学历层次高,接近半数都是博士研究生毕业。究其形成原因就在于教学名师的成就需要长期的积累,教书育人应持之以恒;受传统性别文化的负面影响,巾帼建功需付出更多;学历与素质息息相关,学高与德高相得益彰。基于对教学名师群体特征的正确认识,高校加强教师队伍建设应把理想信念作为核心内容,要以青年教师为重点,要着力克服女教师发展的障碍因素,把提高教师任职学历标准作为有效途径。此外,还应加大对教学名师的宣传力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the statistics,there are"three high"concerning characteristics prestigious college teachers in Henan Province,ie,the age is relatively high,with an average age of about 50years old;higher proportion of males,accounting for about 70%;higher education levels,nearly half of all doctoral graduate.From this research,we consider that the following reasons are responsible for it:their achievements need accumulation and sustained teaching in their life;being affected by traditional gender culture,female teachers are supposed to work harder to achieve success;finally,qualification and quality are closely related and high academic qualification complements high morality perfectly.Based on these findings,university should take ideal and belief as a core to strengthen the construction of teachers,especially for young teachers;try to overcome obstacles to female teachers development,the academic standard of teachers should be raised in an effective way.Furthermore,the publicity of prestigious teachers should be intensified.更多还原
