【摘要】 目的研究骨间背神经自身扭转卡压患者的临床表现,诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2012-06—2013-06收治骨间背神经自身扭转卡压10例患者的临床资料。结果 10例患者都顺利完成手术,3个月后有8例患者的上肢运动功能恢复至正常状态,剩余2例患者的手部功能恢复不完全,需要后期再次进行手术。结论使用肌电图检查和手术联合的治疗方法对治疗骨间背神经自身扭转卡压患者有很好的疗效,值得广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of entrapment own twist of dorsal interosseous nerve.Methods Clinical data of 10patients with dorsal interosseous nerve entrapment own from June 2012to June2013admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results Totally 10patients were successfully completed surgery,upper limb motor function after three months of 8patients returned to a normal state,and the remaining two cases of patients with incomplete recovery of hand function,need for surgery late again.Conclusion The use of EMG and surgical treatment of joint for bone dorsal nerve own twist entrapment patients with good results,should be popularized.更多还原
