CT三维重建在复杂性颅底骨折外科治疗中的应用价值
Application of three-dimensional(3D)CT scan reconstruction to surgical treatment of sophisticated cranial fossa fracture
【摘要】 目的探讨颅底CT三维重建在复杂性颅底骨折外科治疗中的应用价值。方法应用东芝Aquilion ONE320排螺旋CT机对15例复杂性颅底骨折患者行CT三维重建,根据影像结果指导外科治疗。结果颅底三维重建CT可直观显示颅底骨折在三维立体空间的实际大小、形态、位置及周围结构的解剖关系,利于手术方案的制定及术中风险的预防,提高抢救成功率,减少后遗症。结论颅底CT三维重建对复杂性颅底骨折的手术治疗有重要的指导意义。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of 3D-CT reconstruction to surgical treatment of sophisticated cranial fossa fracture.Methods The data of 15patients with sophisticated cranial fossa fracture was collected.We used the 3D-CT reconstruction image(Toshiba AquilionONE320row CT)in order to guide the surgery.Results 3D-CT reconstruction on the skull base can intuitively display the anatomic relationship in the actual three-dimensional space size,shape,position and adjacent structures of the skull base fracture,which is good for making surgery strategy and preventing operation risk,it is also beneficial to improving the success rate of rescuing patients and reducing sequel.Conclusion 3D-CT reconstruction has important guiding significance for the operation of sophisticated cranial fossa fracture.
