【摘要】 目的探究与分析颅内微小动脉瘤采用血管内治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法选取自2006-02—2012-02我院收治的160例颅内微小动脉瘤患者,将其作为临床研究对象,应用血管内栓塞治疗措施,对所有患者的辅助检查、治疗效果、随访资料等进行分析,并观察其栓塞程度及手术相关并发症等。结果本组患者经血管内治疗后栓塞程度为0级患者24例,占15.00%,1级16例,占10.00%,2级2例,占1.25%;患者经血管内治疗后出现轻度偏瘫7例(4.38%),脑梗死4例(2.50%),术后复发4例(2.50%);患者经血管内治疗后Rankin评分为0分共计87例,占54.38%,较1分、2分、3分、4分的患者人数多,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用血管内栓塞治疗措施治疗颅内微小动脉出血,患者症状显著缓解,栓塞效果满意,手术并发症发生率低、安全性好,Rankin评分降低,有助于减轻患者痛苦、改善生活质量并提高生存率,但其远期治疗效果仍需进一步观察总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and safety of endovascular treatment for rupture and hemorrhage of very small aneurysm.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with very small aneurysm treated in our hospital from February 2006to February 2012were selected as the research objects.Intravascular embolization therapy was applied.And auxiliary examination,treatment effectiveness and follow-up data of all patients were analyzed.The degree of intravascular embolization and complications were observed.Results There were 24patients whose embolism was 0level after endovascular treatment,accounting for 15.00%,there were 16patients with 1level,accounting for 10.00%,and 2patients with 2level,accounting for 1.25%.There were 7patients with slight hemiplegia after endovascular treatment,accounting for 4.38%.And there were 4patients with cerebral infarction,accounting for 2.50%.There were 4cases with postoperative recurrence,accounting for 2.50%.There were 87patients whose Rankin score was 0after endovascular treatment,accounting for 54.38%, which is more than the patients with 1score,2scores,3scores and 4scores,P<0.05,which had statistical significances.Conclusion Endovascular treatment for rupture and hemorrhage of very small aneurysm not only can make symptoms relive evidently and has satisfying embolization effect,but also has low incidence of complication,high safety and low Rankin score,is instrumental to alleviate the suffering of patients,improve the life quality and enhance the survival rate.But the longterm effect needs to be observed and summarized.更多还原
