【摘要】 目的探讨加巴喷丁联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹神经痛临床疗效。方法选取2011-04—2012-09在我院接受治疗的带状疱疹患者中40例,分为观察组和对照组组各20例。所有患者均给予伐昔洛韦等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用加巴喷丁治疗,观察2组治疗前后疼痛情况及临床疗效,记录2组患者不良反应发生情况,随访患者PHN发生情况。结果用药后观察组VAS评分、临床疗效、PHN发生率均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药期间观察组不良反应有嗜睡乏力1例,眩晕1例。结论加巴喷丁联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹神经痛效果显著,可有效减轻患者的疼痛,预防PHN的发生,且不良反应少,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical value of Gabapentin combined with Valaciclovir in treatment of patients with herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods Forty patients with herpes zoster neuralgia from April 2011to September 2012in our hospital were selected,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group had 20patients.The patients in control group were treated with Valaciclovir,while those in observation group were treated with Gabapentin combined with Valaciclovir.The clinical data of two groups were analyzed.Results The visual analogue scale/score(VAS),effective rate and the incidence rate of PHN of observation group were better than those of control group,there was a remarkable difference between two groups(P<0.05).The adverse reaction of observation group was mainly drowsiness fatigue and vertigo,each had 1patient among 20patients.Conclusion The clinical effect of Gabapentin combined with Valaciclovir in treatment of patients with herpes zoster neuralgia is satisfying.Tt could lighten the patient’s pain and prevent PHN with less adverse reaction.Tt is worth clinical promotion.更多还原
