【摘要】 目的评价血压管理对老年高血压患者血压维护的作用。方法选取社区患高血压的120例老年人作为研究对象,随机分为血压管理组和血压非管理组,每组60例。2组均给予常规治疗及干预,血压管理组在此基础上给予血压管理干预。比较2组患者干预6个月后规范化管理率、规律服药率、血压控制良好率及血压变化情况。结果血压管理干预6个月后,血压管理组患者规范化管理率、规律服药率、血压控制良好率显著升高(P<0.05),收缩压及舒张压(DBP)均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论对社区高血压患者进行血压化管理可显著改善高血压控制状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to evaluate the effect of blood pressure management on blood pressure maintenance of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods 120elderly hypertensive patients in community Selected as the research objects were randomly divided into blood pressure management group and non-blood pressure management group,60cases in each group.nonblood pressure management group were given conventional treatment and intervention.Blood pressure management group were given the blood pressure management based on the intervention of non-blood pressure management group.the changes of standardized management,regular medication,good blood pressure control in tow groups were compared after half a year intervention.Results The rates of standardized management,regular medication,good blood pressure control of blood pressure management groups increased significantly(P<0.05),systolic and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were significantly decreased(P <0.05).Conclusion The blood pressure management for community hypertensive patients can significantly improve the control status of hypertension.更多还原
