【摘要】 目的探讨高血压患者血清瘦素(LEP)水平与中心动脉压及外周桡动脉压的关系。方法收集我院2012-3-12,231例高血压合并冠心病进行冠状动脉造影的患者,冠状动脉造影结束后,采用造影导管测量升主动脉根部及外周桡动脉内血压。冠状动脉造影前采集外周静脉血用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清LEP水平。采用Spearman相关性分析研究血清瘦素(LEP)水平与中心动脉压及外周桡动脉压的关系。结果血清LEP水平与中心动脉及外周桡动脉收缩压、平均动脉压和脉压均呈正相关;而与中心动脉及外周桡动脉舒张压无相关性。结论血清LEP水平随中心动脉及外周桡动脉内收缩压、平均动脉压和脉压升高而升高,与中心动脉及外周桡动脉内舒张压无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the relationship between serum level of leptin and the peripheral arterial and the central arterial blood pressures.Methods 231cases who underwent the coronary angiography were collected.The simultaneous the systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of the ascending aorta and radial artery were recorded postoperatively,and mean artery pressure(MAP)and pulse pressure(PP)were calculated.The serum level of leptin were measured by Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbnent Assay(ELISA).Results The serum level of leptin were all correlaled positively with SBP, MAP and PP of the peripheral and aortic pressures,but there was no correlation between the serum level of leptin and DBP of the peripheral and aortic pressures.Conclusion The serum level of leptin may be correlaled with SBP,MAP and PP of the peripheral and aortic pressures.更多还原
