【Abstract】 Rock’s political philosophy is the principle o"fagree",adhere to the political philosophy,is a key concept in understanding the political philosophy. Rock in his political theory discusses the subject,agree agreed to the connotation and agreed methods,systematically answers who agree,agree with what,what is agreed to and what are the basic problems of consent theory.
