【摘要】 以突尼斯软籽石榴为材料,研究了不同清水浸泡时间和GA3质量浓度对石榴种子发芽时间和发芽率的影响。结果表明:经100~800mg/L GA3处理的石榴种子发芽时间比未经GA3处理的种子提前3~6d。清水浸种2d+500mg/L GA3处理组合,种子平均发芽率最高,达到9.9%,其次为清水浸种3d+500mg/L GA3处理组合,发芽率为7.2%;清水浸种3d+100mg/L GA3处理组合的平均发芽率为6.0%。总之,清水浸种2d+500mg/L GA3处理石榴种子可以有效促进发芽。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of different GA3concentrations and soaking time on seed germination rate and time of Tunisia soft-seed pomegranate were discussed.The results showed that the germination time of seeds treated with 100-800mg/L GA3was 3-6dearlier than that without GA3.The germination rate of seeds treated with 500mg/L GA3after soaking for two days in water was highest with 9.9%,the germination rate of seeds treated with 500mg/L GA3after soaking in water for three days was second with 7.2%,and the germination rate of seeds treated with 100mg/L GA3after soaking for three days in water was 6.0%.Overall,the best germinating treatment for Tunisia soft-seed pomegranate was soaking time of two days and GA3concentration of 500mg/L.更多还原
