【摘要】 为探索甘蓝育种和制种过程中授粉的适宜时间,采用TTC染色法和离体萌发法对甘蓝品种08701#不同花龄花粉活力进行测定。结果表明,花前3d至开花当天花粉活力较高,开花当天最高,花后1~3d花粉活力降低,花后3d降至最低。开花当天8:00-12:00花粉活力较强,且10:00最强,14:00以后活力下降,18:00活力最弱。以上结果说明,甘蓝授粉时间选择开花当天上午较好,尤以10:00最佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pollen viability of cabbage 08701#was detected by triphenyl tetrazolium chloride(TTC)staining method and in vitro germination method in different floral development stage. The results showed that pollen viability was highest at flowering day,higher during three days before flowering,and dropped gradually during three days after flowering,reaching the lowest level on the third day after flowering.Pollen viability maintained a high level during 8:00-12:00, reaching the peak at 10:00;pollen viability dropped after 14:00,reaching the lowest level at 18:00. In a word,the pollination should be done in flowering day morning,especially at 10:00.更多还原
