桃褐腐病菌激活蛋白对植物的促生作用研究

【摘要】 为了解桃褐腐病菌(Monilinia fructicola)激活蛋白对植物的促生作用,采用硫酸铵沉淀法对桃褐腐病菌的总蛋白进行了粗分离,并分析了各组分对小麦和小白菜种子发芽和生长的影响。结果表明,硫酸铵饱和度为60%时,桃褐腐病菌蛋白质量浓度最高,可达1 403.0μg/mL。在各种分离到的蛋白组分中,饱和度为40%、50%、60%的硫酸铵盐析得到的蛋白组分对小麦和小白菜种子的发芽和生长具有促进作用,说明这些组分中含有能促进小麦和小白菜生长的激活蛋白。

【Abstract】 In order to study the plant growth-promoting effect of activate protein components of Monilinia fructicola,the total protein of M.fructicola was crudely extracted and separated by ammonium sulphate precipitation.Wheat and cabbage seeds were soaked with each protein component precipitated with 30%-100% saturation of ammonium sulphate,and the germination rate,root length and seedling height were measured.Results showed that the protein concentration of component precipitated by 60%saturation of ammonium sulfate was the highest,1 403.0μg/mL.Among those isolated protein fractions,activate protein was found in protein components precipitated with 40%,50%and 60%saturation of ammonium sulphate,and could promote the germination and growth of wheat and cabbage seeds.
