【摘要】 成人教育教学面对的教育对象具有特殊性,对于教学者来说,在课程的设计思路以及展示方式上需要采取不同的形式,这就需要我们不断地改进我们传统的教学模式。本文在探讨反思教学模式的内涵的基础上,提出应从教学内容、教学思路、教学方法和手段几个方面建立反思教学模式理念。通过"工程制图"课程的实践表明,成人教育教学中运用"反思教学模式"实施教学活动,使教师提高了教学实践合理性,增强了科研和教学能力,使学生理论联系实际的能力明显提高,并对成人学员学习能力培养以及教学质量的提高起到很大作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 adult education teaching faces different education objects.In the course of design and display,it needs to take different forms of teaching which needs us to improve our traditional teaching mode.Based on the reflection on the connotation of the teaching mode,and gives some ideas from teaching content,teaching thoughts,teaching method and means to establish concept of reflective teaching mode.by the course of "engineering graphics" practice,it shows that the teaching of adult education by the "reflection" teaching mode to implement the teaching activities makes teachers improve the teaching practice rationality,and enhances the ability of scientific research and teaching.The students’ ability to integrate theory with practice has been improved and plays an important role in cultivation of adult students’ learning ability and the improvement of teaching quality.更多还原
