轻型客车驱动桥模态计算及试验验证

【摘要】 针对某轻型客车驱动桥进行了包含主减速器、差速器、半轴等所有零部件在内三维实体模型,利用该三维模型建立了驱动桥的有限元模型并进行了理论模态计算;利用LMS振动测试设备对后桥进行了模态试验,通过理论与试验结果对比,表明理论建模是正确的、有效的,为驱动桥整体动态模拟及振动噪声控制提供了前提。

【Abstract】 The three-dimensional entity model of driving axle comprised of the main reducing gear, differential mechanism and differential axle is established.The finite element model is built based on the three-dimensional entity model,and then the modal for driving axle is computed by the model.The modal bench test is conducted by LMS vibration test equipment.By comparing the difference between theoretical computing and bench test it is verified that the finite element model is correct and effective. The finite element model provides a basement for the study on dynamic simulation and vibration noise control for the driving axle.
