【摘要】 党的十八届中央纪律委员会第四次会议提出"党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争永远在路上",表明"打老虎拍苍蝇"成为新一届中央领导集体反腐的新常态。互联网作为新时期反对腐败的新平台,日益引起人民的重视。网络具有主体广泛、方便快捷、安全性高、互动性强等优势。但是,网络反腐尚处于发展的初级阶段,还存在着网民结构不合理、制度不健全、部分部门不配合、硬件设施落后等一系列问题。因此,充分发挥网络反腐的优势,必须通过转变网民观念、完善相关制度、畅通监督渠道、优化监督环境等途径,充分利用网络更好地为建设社会主义法治国家服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 4th meeting of the 18 th CPC’s Central Disciplinary Committee put forward that "to build a clean government and combat corruption is always on the road",suggests that "shooting tigers and flies"has become new normal style of the new central collective leadership in anti- corruption work. Internet becomes a new platform against corruption during the new period of our country,and it causes more and more people’s attention. Compared with the traditional way of anti- corruption,network anti- corruption has its own advantages. But the network anti- corruption is in the early stages of its development. It has a series of problems. For example the structure of Internet users is unreasonable,the system is not sound,some departments don’t cooperate and facilities are lacked.We should overcome the problems existing in the process of network anti- corruption,by changing ideas,improving Internet moral law consciousness,perfecting the related system,clearing supervision channels,and optimizing the supervision environment. So that we can make full use of network to serve anti- corruption construction of our country.更多还原
