【摘要】 目的构建适合我国国情的社区高血压患者家庭访视方案。方法以奥马哈系统为理论依据,选取17名专家进行德尔菲法咨询和40例患者预试验,构建社区高血压患者家庭访视方案。结果形成的高血压家庭访视方案包括"高血压家庭访视评估表"、"高血压家庭访视干预方式"和"高血压家庭访视问题的效果评分"三部分。"高血压家庭访视评估表"2轮咨询专家积极系数分别为100%和93.75%,专家权威系数分别为0.860和0.852,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.201和0.498(均P<0.01);总的Cronbach′sα系数为0.875,社会心理领域、生理领域、健康相关行为领域的Cronbach′sα系数分别为0.848、0.680、0.838;总的重测信度r为0.949,社会心理领域、生理领域、健康相关行为领域r分别为0.956、0.799、0.946。内容效度为0.882。结论高血压家庭访视方案设计合理,可用于社区高血压患者家庭访视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To design a practical home visiting protocol for Chinese hypertensive patients in the community.Methods Based on the Omaha system,we selected 17 experts for Delphi consultation and 40 patients for pre-survey test to design a home visiting protocol for hypertension patients in the community.Results The home visiting protocol for hypertension contained three parts:assessment scale,intervention methods,and evaluation standards.The response rate of the assessment scale was 100%for round one and 93.75% for round two;the authority coefficient was 0.860 for round one and 0.852 for round two;and the Kendall′s w was 0.201 and 0.498 respectively(P<0.01 for both).Internal consistency of the scale was 0.875 for the total scale.Cronbach alpha coefficient of psychosocial domain,physiological domain and health-related behaviors domain was 0.848,0.680 and 0.838 respectively.The test-retest reliability was 0.949 for the total scale,0.956 for psychosocial domain,0.799 for physiological domain,and 0.946 for health-related behaviors domain.The content validity index was 0.882 for the total scale.Conclusion The home visiting protocol for hypertension is reliable and valid,and it can be used for visiting hypertension patients in the community.更多还原
