【摘要】 目的比较传统安装手术床腿板法(下称传统法)、体位车法、转运板法在术前摆放截石位和术后截石位复位到平卧位的效果。方法统计分析在截石位手术中以传统法、体位车法、转运板法进行体位摆放及体位复位的时间;调查研究护士、医生、麻醉师对上述三种方法的满意度。结果使用传统法、体位车法、转运板法的体位摆放及复位时间分别为(21.78±2.03)min、(14.54±1.49)min、(14.96±1.43)min,三者比较,差异有统计学意义(F=508.48,P=0.000);传统法所需时间显著长于其他两种方法,体位车法与转运板法的操作时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护士、医生、麻醉师对转运板法满意度最高。结论在手术截石位摆放及复位时,宜选用转运板法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of placing lithotomy position before surgery and resetting to horizontal position after surgery by the traditional approach of installing the operating table leg plate,postural car approach and transit board approach.Methods Statistical analysis was made on the time needed of placing lithotomy position before surgery and resetting lithotomy position after surgery by the three approaches,and the satisfaction of nurses,doctors and anesthetists with the 3approaches was investigated.Results The time needed to place lithotomy position and reset to horizontal position was(21.78±2.03)min,(14.54±1.49)min and(14.96±1.43)min respectively,of significant differences(F=508.48,t=0.000)among three approaches.Besides,the time consumed through the first approach was much longer than through the second and third one,and medical staff was most satisfied with the third approach.ConclusionIt is suitable to choose the transit board approach when placing lithotomy position before surgery and resetting to horizontal position after that.更多还原
