【摘要】 目的对Cataldo肺癌污名量表进行翻译,并对翻译后的量表做信、效度分析。方法翻译并修订Cataldo肺癌污名量表,采用中文版Cataldo肺癌污名量表对150例肺癌患者进行测试,评价其信度和效度。结果中文版Cataldo肺癌污名量表及分量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.599~0.884,重测信度为0.601~0.881;总量表的内容效度指数为0.875,探索性因素分析提取4个公因子,分别是耻辱与羞愧、社会隔离、歧视、吸烟,与原量表的结构一致,4个公因子的累计贡献率为58.6%。结论中文版Cataldo肺癌污名量表具有良好的信度和效度,可用于评估国内肺癌患者的污名感程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To translate the Cataldo Lung Cancer Stigma Scale(CLCSS)into Chinese and to test its reliability and validity.Methods The CLCSS were translated and revised,then 150 patients with lung cancer were investigated to test its reliability and validity.Results The general and subscale Cronbachαcoefficient ranged from 0.599 to 0.884,and the test-retest reliability were 0.601-0.881.The content validity index was 0.875.By using exploratory factor analysis,four factors emerged:stigma and shame,social isolation,discrimination,and smoking,accounting for 58.6% of the total variance.Conclusion The Chinese version of the Cataldo Lung Cancer Stigma Scale is a reliable and valid measure of health-related stigma among Chinese patients with lung cancer.更多还原
