【摘要】 目的探讨完全经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可行性、临床效果及价值。方法回顾分析2011-07—2014-07间安徽省郎溪县人民医院普外科开展的60例完全经脐腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料。结果 60例均获得成功,手术时间为38~115 min,平均(58.02±5.21)min,均术后3~5 d出院,术后无切口感染、脂肪液化、出血及胆漏等并发症发生。结论完全经脐单孔LC安全系数高,可行性大,具有创伤小,痛苦轻,恢复快等优点,同时带给患者美观的功效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical feasibility and applying prospect of totally transumbilical single-portlaparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 60 well-selected patients underwent single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy totally through umbilicus between July2011 and July 2014 at Langxi people,s Hospital Results All the operations were successfully completed without conversion to conventional laparoscopic or open cholecystectomy. Average surgery time was( 58. 02 ± 5. 21) minutes( 38 ~ 115) minutes. No drainage tube was placed. No port-related or surgical complications such as bile leak or uncontrolled hemorrhage occurred postoperatively. Conclusion Single-port laparoscopic performed totally through umbilicus is technically feasible and safe when performed by skilled laparoscopic surgeons.更多还原
