盐胀对混凝土劣化机理研究
Research on the deterioration mechanism of concrete for the salt expansion
【摘要】 以混凝土强度、氯盐种类、氯盐浓度、侵蚀方式为评价指标,研究干湿循环条件下混凝土所受到的盐胀劣化机理。研究表明,氯离子侵蚀混凝土表面的量随强度等级的提高而减小;经多次干湿循环后,由于盐结晶作用,混凝土会发生膨胀;干湿循环比长期浸泡的混凝土表面氯离子浓度高;随浸泡龄期的增长,混凝土表层氯离子浓度不断增长,但后期增长缓慢。分析混凝土经干湿循环后表层XRD图谱以及混凝土在氯盐溶液中浸泡后SEM图谱,得出氯盐融雪剂对混凝土的盐胀破坏是物理结晶腐蚀和化学腐蚀综合作用的结果。
【Abstract】 The deterioration mechanism of concrete for the salt expansion under wet-dry cycles were studied by using concrete strength,the types of chloride,concentration and attack ways as evaluation index.Results show that the amount of chloride ion decreases with the improvement of concrete strength on the surface.After multiple wetting drying cycles,due to salt crystallization,concrete expansion will occur.The surface chloride ion concentration of concrete under wet-dry cycles is higher than long-term immersion.The content of chloride ion on the concrete surface increases rapidly with the growth of immersion,while slowly in the late stage.The salt expansion is the result of integration effect of physical and chemical resistance through the analysis of XRD under wet-dry cycles and SEM after immersion.
