基于VIC-3D技术的高强混凝土单轴受压试验研究
Experimental study on high-strength concrete under uniaxial compression based on VIC-3D technology
【摘要】 以高强混凝土为研究对象,通过VIC-3D测量全场二维变形及应变。试件表面做随机散斑处理后,采用摄像机与一维位移计同时采集,对VIC-3D数字图像进行相关运算,获得其全场二维变形及应变值。分析了Y向应变与X向应变演化破坏机理,对比了一维位移计与VIC-3D测试结果,测试了外部环境对高强混凝土受压过程的影响。试验结果显示X应变可以大致推测裂缝破坏方位,VIC-3D相比一维位移计测试偏差较小,外部环境对VIC-3D的影响较低。解决了传统测量接触式、离散式的缺点,试验表明此系统可用准确测量高强混凝土单轴受压试验。
【Abstract】 Using VIC-3D technique to measure the full two-dimensional deformation and strain,high-strength concrete was studied.After doing random speckle processing on the surface of the specimen,both a vidicon and an one-dimensional displacement meter were used to do collection.By doing correlation operation about the VIC-3D digital image,the full two-dimensional deformation and strain value were obtained.The strain mechanism of fracture evolution of Y-direction and X-direction were analyzed.And comparison were made between the test result of one-dimensional displacement meter and VIC-3D.A test was made to measure the impact of the external environment on the high-strength concrete compression process.The results showed that X-direction strain can roughly speculate the damage orientation of the crack.Compared to one-dimensional displacement meter,the test deviation of VIC-3D was smaller,and there was less impact of external environment on the VIC-3D’s.The disadvantage of the traditional contact and discrete measurement was now solved perfectly.The experiments showed that this system can be used in the test of high-strength concrete under uniaxial compression.
