水泥助磨剂制备工艺优化及其性能研究

【摘要】 以三乙醇胺、丙三醇、乙酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、氢氧化钠以及糖蜜等为原料,在正交试验基础上通过单因素优化复配,研究了各因素对水泥助磨剂性能的影响,试验结果表明:在粉磨20 min、助磨剂掺量0.053%条件下,3 d抗折强度和3 d抗压强度分别为2.61 MPa和13.80 MPa,与空白试验相比,3 d抗压强度增加了3.30 MPa,并且在同样掺量下,粉磨35 min和40 min时3 d抗折强度分别达4.90MPa和5.30MPa,3d抗压强度达27.04MPa和30.80MPa,表明该复配助磨剂性能良好。

【Abstract】 The cement grinding aid was composed of triethanolamine,glycerol,sodium acetate,sodium lignosulfonate,sodium hydroxide and molasses,by the single factor experiments,the effects of factors on cement performances was studied,the test results show that,at3 d age,flexural strength and compressive strength were up to 2.61 MPa and 13.80 MPa when the grinding time was 20 min and adding amount was 0.053%,compared with the blank experiment,compressive strength incressed 3.30 MPa,At the 0.053% dosage and milling time for 35 min and 40 min,flexural strength were 4.90 MPa and 5.30 MPa respectively,and compressive strength were 27.04 MPa and30.80 MPa,so composite cement grinding aid had good performances.
