【Abstract】 Relying on regional features,book-collection traits and features of key disciplines in colleges and universities,libraries of local colleges and universities can construct their digital library by developing feature resources with regional vantages in a digital manner. This paper introduces the construction of"Hainan’s Information System of Anti-Cancer Medicinal Plants Database"marked by local features and opines that in the construction of feature databases,attention should be paid to the maintenance and update of database information,to intellectual property protection and to popularize the application of the feature database.更多还原
