【摘要】 目的:探讨扶正利胆汤对贲门癌患者术后早期胃排空障碍的影响。方法:选择我科2012年12月~2013年12月收治的60例贲门癌术后早期出现胃排空障碍的患者为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和试验组,两组均给予常规护理,对照组给予多潘立酮治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予扶正利胆汤治疗。比较两组患者疗效。结果:试验组疗效较对照组高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:贲门癌术后早期给予扶正利胆汤治疗可明显改善患者胃排空障碍,有利于患者康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Fuzhenglidan soup on delayed gastric emptying in patients after resection of cardiac cancer. Methods: Selected 60 cases suffering from delayed gastric emptying after resection of cardiac cancer,all the patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group included 30 cases who were given domperidone combined routine nursing,the treatment group included 30 cases who were given traditional Chinese medicine Fuzhenglidan soup based on routine nursing. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group,the total effective rate increased significantly in treatment group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine Fuzhenglidan soup combined psychological nursing could improve the delayed gastric emptying,and it was helpful for the illness recovery.更多还原
