【摘要】 目的:探讨一次性胃管在高龄老年粪便性不完全性肠梗阻患者灌肠中的应用效果。方法:选择生命征平稳的粪便性不完全性肠梗阻患者60例,随机等分为对照组和试验组,试验组使用一次性胃管进行保留灌肠,对照组使用一次性肠道冲洗器进行保留灌肠,比较其疗效。结果:试验组药液保留时间长于对照组(P<0.05),耐受性及排便效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:一次性胃管在高龄老年人粪便性不完全性肠梗阻灌肠中应用效果满意,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the applicational effect of the disposable nasogastric tube on enema for incomplete intestinal obstruction due to fecal impaction in the elderly. Methods: Sixty patients diagnosed with the fecal incomplete intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received disposable intestinal flusher and the experimental group received disposable nasogastric tube. The effect of enema was compared between two groups. Results: The retention time of experimental group was longer than that of control group( P < 0. 05),promoted the evacuation of the bowels( P < 0. 05),and improved patients’ tolerance for enema( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The use of disposable nasogastric tube was superior to that of disposable intestinal flusher in the effect on enema for incomplete intestinal obstruction due to fecal impaction in the very elderly patients.更多还原
