【摘要】 目的:分析我市某地区孕妇尿碘甲状腺功能检查结果,并探讨相关护理方法。方法:选取2011年6月~2013年6月我市某地区的758例孕妇为研究对象,检测其尿碘及甲状腺功能指标,分析不同孕期的检测结果,根据检查结果进行针对性护理干预。结果:孕晚期孕妇的尿碘及甲状腺功能水平高于孕早期及孕中期,孕中期高于孕早期。结论:我市某地区孕妇中不同孕期尿碘甲状腺功能检查结果存在一定的差异,针对性护理措施的实施能使上述指标得到有效调节。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study and analyze the detection results of urine iodine and thyroid function of pregnant women,and to investigate the investigation on the nursing method. Methods: 758 pregnant women at Baoan Area from June 2011 to June 2013 were selected as research object,and the urine iodine and thyroid function indexes of all the pregnant women were detected,then the detection results of pregnant women at different gestation were analyzed and compared,then all the pregnant women were cared with pertinent nursing intervention by the detection results and intervention strategy. Results: The urine iodine and TSH of pregnant women at late pregnancy were higher than those of pregnant women at early pregnancy and mid- pregnancy,those at mid- pregnancy were higher than those at early pregnancy,FT3 and FT4 were lower than those of pregnant women at early pregnancy and mid- pregnancy,those at mid-pregnancy were lower than those at early pregnancy,and the detection results abnormal rate of urine iodine and thyroid function of pregnant women at at late pregnancy were lower than those of pregnant women at early pregnancy and mid- pregnancy,all P < 0. 05,there were all significant differences. Conclusion:The detection results of urine iodine and thyroid function of pregnant women at Baoan area have some differences,and those are effectively regulated with the intervention of iodine intake and corresponding nursing measures.更多还原
