【摘要】 目的:探讨血液净化中心实施双人核对制度提高护理安全的应用效果。方法:以2012年1月~2013年12月收治的长期维持性血液透析患者188例为研究对象,2013年1月实施双人核对制度,将2012年1~12月实施双人核对制度前的22 498例次血液透析患者作为对照组,2013年1~12月实施后的24 427例次患者作为观察组。比较两组护理不良事件的发生情况。结果:实施双人核对制度前后,护理不良事件如脱管漏血,穿刺口渗血,血流、透析液、置换液偏差,钙浓度、钠浓度偏差,肝素追加量偏差,超滤量偏差,凝血堵管各项的发生情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液净化中心实施双人核对制度,可有效减少护理不良事件的发生,提高血液净化治疗的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the effect of double checking system during nursing procedure to improve nursing safety in blood purification center. Methods: 188 patients with hemodialysis patients were assessed from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2013,22 498 times hemodialysis from Jan. to Dec. 2012 were the control group,and 24 427 times hemodialysis pationts were the observation group. Results: After the conducting double checking system,the incidence rate of nursing adverse events including out off tube bleeding,needle insertion port bleeding,deviation of blood flow, dialysate and displacement liquid,deviation of calcium and sodium concentration,deviation of heparin additional quantity,deviation of ultrafiltration volume, block the tube of clotting be reduced,there is significant differences( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Conducting double checking system could reduce the incidence rate of nursing adverse events,improved the nursing safety during blood purification treatment.更多还原
