【摘要】 目的:探讨BD密闭式静脉留置针替代导入鞘在晚期肿瘤患者PICC置入中的可操作性、实用性及安全性。方法:我科自2012年4~12月对23例晚期肿瘤患者实施BD密闭式静脉留置针替代导入鞘穿刺后导入PICC的技术,并进行了置管维护。结果:BD密闭式静脉留置针替代导入鞘为23例晚期肿瘤患者穿刺置入PICC管均一次性穿刺成功,成功率100%,X线拍片定位导管末端达上腔静脉内,无异位。输液通畅。结论:密闭式静脉留置针替代导入鞘穿刺置管后导入PICC操作简便,穿刺成功率高,真正为晚期肿瘤患者提供了一条安全、方便的输液途径,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To exlpore the operability,usability and security of the application of BD closed intravenous catheter in place of import sheath in curing in patients with advanced tumors with PICC placement. Methods:From April to December in 2012,our department has treated twenty-three cases of patients with advanced tumors using PICC technology import after the implement of BD closed intravenous catheter in place of import sheath,with catheter maintenance. Results:Successfully placed the PICC tubes for twenty-three cases of patients with advanced tumors using BD closed intravenous catheter in place of import sheath,which made the clinical success rate was 100%,the distal end of the catheter reached on the vena cava,infusion unobstructed,positioned by X-ray. Conclusion:The practice of PICC import after the implement of BD closed intravenous catheter in place of import sheath is not only simple and convenient,but also with a high success rate,which provides a safe and convenient infusion way for patients with advanced tumors.更多还原
