【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the implementation and influence and warm heart nurse and service culture. Methods:Establish the concept of warm heart nurse and service culture and make a regulation of warm heart nurse and service. Since 2010,warm heart nurse and service has been implemented in the department of orthopedics ward. Results:The patients’ satisfaction and the quality of nurse work were raised and the fulfillment of care staff was also raised.
