【摘要】 目的:探讨中医五行音乐对消毒供应室综合质量的影响。方法:选择2011年10月~2012年8月我科10名工作人员为研究对象,比较中医五行音乐在科室护理管理中的综合质量效果。结果:实施后差错发生率和临床科室的满意情况与实施前比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:中医五行音乐应用于消毒供应室,能降低消毒供应室包装器械包的差错发生率,提高临床科室服务的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of TCM five elements music on the comprehensive quality of disinfection and supply room. Methods: Chose 10 staffs from October 2011 to August 2012 as the research object,comprehensive quality effect in the nursing management were compared. Results: After implement TCM five elements music the error rate and clinical departments satisfaction compared with before,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: TCM five elements music used in the sterilization and supply room,can reduce the incidence of error packaging kit disinfection supply room,improve clinical service satisfaction.更多还原
