【摘要】 目的:调查分析桂林市糖尿病(DM)患者对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)防治知识的认知度。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,对桂林市678例2型DM患者分批次集中进行问卷调查。结果:社区DM患者虽有一定的DM知识但却对DR认知度低,缺乏DR的相关防治知识及定期检查眼底的依从性。结论:对社区DM患者应及早进行DR社区干预,提高患者的DR认知度及定期检查眼底的依从性,可以避免和延缓DR的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate and analyze the knowledge of cognition degree of diabetic patients in our community. Methods: Used a self- designed questionnaire to investigate and evaluate 678 DM patients,who have been in Guilin community service information system in our community in batches. Results: Most of patients have some DM knowledge,but low cognition degree of DR relevant knowledge. They also lack relevant preventive knowledge of DR and compliance of periodic fundus examination. Conclusion: The effective intervention measures in communities should be taken as early as possible in order to enhance the cognition degree of DR and the compliance of periodic fundus examination.
