【摘要】 目的分析影响腭裂患儿体重增长的相关因素。方法采用问卷调查法对81例患儿一般资料、喂养情况及母亲和家庭情况进行单因素分析和Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析和Logistic回归分析显示非母乳喂养、胎龄≤32周、喂养知识欠缺、婴儿气质类型(麻烦型)是影响腭裂患儿出生后1月内体重增长的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论腭裂患儿母乳喂养率低,应尽早实施喂养干预,以改善患儿的营养状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the related factors influencing weight gain for palatoschisis infants.Method Take single factor analysis and Logisticregression analysis on general information,feeding status and mothers’ family condition of 81 infants by questionnaire.Result Single factor analysis and Logisticregression analysis show that non-breast feeding,fetal age shorter than 32 weeks,lack of feeding knowledge and troublesome temperament type of infant are risk factors influencing weight gain in one month after birth(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast feeding rate is low for palatoschisis infants,which should be intervened to improve their nutritional status.更多还原
